4. Custom Orders

All custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.

We offer shipping within the United States. Processing times and shipping estimates are listed on product pages.
Once a package is shipped, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Sticker and digital item sales are final.

  • Custom items are final sale.

  • Return requests for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and your order number so we can assist.
