Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Stickers

• Digital items

• Custom orders

• Sale items

However, I will always do my best to make things right if there is an issue.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. Photos of the issue

3. A brief description of what happened

I will gladly replace the item or offer a solution depending on the situation.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.

 

Lost Packages

While I cannot control USPS delays, I will assist you in checking tracking and next steps.
If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.
