I want your order to arrive safely and in a timely manner. Below is what you can expect when ordering from Codalie Cute Designs.

 

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom items may require additional processing time, which will be listed on the product page.

During peak seasons or shop updates, processing times may be extended slightly.

 

Shipping Methods

All orders include tracking.
Standard shipping is provided through USPS.

Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (U.S. only).

 

Shipping Locations

At this time, I ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future as my shop grows.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is shipped, delivery is handled by USPS.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but missing:

• Please contact USPS first to open an inquiry

• Then reach out to me so I can help wherever possible

While I cannot control carrier delays, I will support you through the process.
