Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll be happy to replace or refund the item.

Lost Packages: Unfortunately, I can’t be responsible for packages lost by the postal service. Please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number. If you need additional help, contact me and I’ll do my best to assist.
